2. Payment & Refund Policy

💠One-Time Payment: You agree to pay the full one-time fee of $997 for the Beta Tester Program.

💠Optional Setup Fee: An additional $1,000 is required if you choose our Done-for-You AI Setup service.

💠Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, all payments are final and non-refundable.

💠Subscription Fees: If you enroll in ongoing services or reseller programs, you agree to recurring charges per your selected plan.

3. AI System & Usage Rights

💠License: You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Sell Stuff With AI for your business.

💠Customization: You may modify AI settings within the provided framework but may not resell or distribute outside of our authorized reseller program.

💠Prohibited Uses: You may not use the AI for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.

4. Reseller Program

💠Resellers must complete the SSWAI Resellers Academy or AI Agency Kickstart before selling AI solutions under their brand.

💠Resellers must adhere to minimum pricing structures to prevent market dilution.

💠All reseller clients will be supported through Sell Stuff With AI's backend team, with a monthly per-client fee.

5. Liability Disclaimer

💠No Guarantees: While we provide powerful AI automation, we do not guarantee specific sales results, as outcomes depend on various factors including industry, traffic, and implementation.

💠Limitation of Liability: Sell Stuff With AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the AI system.

💠Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Sell Stuff With AI harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

6. Support & Updates

Beta Users: Beta Tester pricing includes 3-6 months of free support and updates.

💠Ongoing Support: After the free support period, continued updates and support require a monthly subscription fee of $497.

💠Technical Assistance: Support is available via email and community channels.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

💠Violation of Terms: If you violate any of these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice.

💠Reseller Violations: Resellers who fail to comply with program requirements may have their reseller status revoked.
